Randaccio, President [N=E+O=A-C+] Randaccio has over 20 years of senior management experience in the Financial Services industry in Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing. She has had P&L responsibility for several businesses and significant business turnaround experience. Sharon currently serves as a Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee of First Niagara Bank, an $8 billion publicly traded company. She serves as a Director of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and Director on the Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Management at the University at Buffalo. In addition to her position in the business community, she has played a significant role as a community builder. She is currently a Board member of the First Niagara Bank Foundation and the Erie County Cultural Advisory Board. She served as President of both the Goldome and M&T Charitable Foundations. She served on the Boards of BuffLink, The Sister's Hospital Foundation, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Buffalo Prep, Buffalo Place, Boy Scouts, Computers for Children, YMCA, EPIC, the Canisius College Board of Regents and as advisor to the Executive MBA Program Council at the University of Buffalo. She was also appointed by the Mayor as a Commissioner to the Charter Revision Commission. Sharon is a Business First '40 under 40' award winner and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University at Buffalo. She received the Woman of Distinction award from the Amherst Chamber of Commerce and was recognized as one of the "Women Who Mean Business" in Western New York by Business First. She received her BS in Accounting and MBA from the University at Buffalo. She graduated from the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School, where she serves as Class Secretary. She currently teaches at the Harvard Business School of Buffalo and has been an instructor for the University at Buffalo's MBA Program. |
