Rita D. Markle, Chief Learning Officer [N=E+O+A-C=]

Rita Markle is an experienced leadership and organizational development professional with an ability to develop and implement performance strategies to help organizations reach business and performance goals. She has competence in performance consulting, leadership development, coaching, organizational behavior, organizational development, organizational change, strategic planning, project management, adult learning principles, and instructional design. Rita has specialized expertise in designing and implementing Corporate Universities that emphasize learning competencies in technical skills, cognitive abilities and emotional intelligence.

Rita has over 20 years of experience in the learning and development field in both large and small companies, including a Fortune 500 company. She is certified in programs from Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard Companies, QB International (QBI), Development Dimensions International (DDI), and qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Rita holds a Bachelors of Science in Business, Management and Economics with a minor in Organizational Development from SUNY-Empire State College. She will graduate in May 2007 with a Masters of Science in Organizational Communication and Development from Canisius College. Rita is a Leadership Buffalo Class of 2000 graduate. She is a national member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
