Rebecca Benaglio [N-E+O=A=C+]

Rebecca brings eight years of statistical research both in Psychology and Business to the Performance Management Partners team. She has extensive experience designing, collecting, analyzing, and implementing survey research using different assessment tools, with topics ranging from interpersonal relationships, leadership effectiveness and emotional intelligence. Her knowledge in the areas of validation, reliability and predictive analyses provide value added to clients using our Workplace Assessment products where we measure the impact of the workforce strategy on business results.

Rebecca holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Psychology with concentrations in Social Psychology and Quantitative Analysis, and has a Masters in Organizational Leadership, Change and Development, all from the University at Buffalo. She is currently a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the Vice President of Communications for the Niagara Frontier Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
