Patti Kinz, Manager, Talent Assessments [N=E+O=A=C-]
Patti manages our Talent Assessment process. She understands the role that personality, values, and cognitive thinking play in predicting employee "fit" in an organization. She works with executives and hiring managers in all industries to assess talent when recruiting, on-boarding, making promotion decisions or developing succession plans. She helps clients identify required job competencies, determines appropriate tools to use in the assessment process and develops behavioral interview questions. Patti received her NEO certification through the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies. She uses a range of assessments including Workplace Big 5, Hogan Potential, Hogan Values, Watson Glaser, BarOn Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, MBTI, and Strong Interest Inventory. Patti also manages the 360 Assessment Process which is a multi-rater feedback process used in employee development and coaching. Patti also uses her extensive operations background and serves as our Office Manager.
