Laura Bowen, Human Resources Manager [N-E+O=A=C-]

Laura has over 12 years of domestic and global human resources experience with specific focus on Canadian companies. She has led Human Resources operations in engineering, distribution and manufacturing businesses in both union and non-union environments. Areas of expertise include: recruiting and global recruitment strategy, selection and international assignment management, strategic human resource planning, management and employee development, quality management, and environmental health and safety. Laura provides general HR consulting to our clients with particular focus on recruiting and selection.

Laura is a certified general industry trainer for OSHA and is certified as a Six Sigma white belt. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resources and a graduate of the Harvard Business School of Buffalo Management Development Program. She is an active member of the National Chapter of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA) and a member of the Workforce Development Council at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.
