Amy A. Pearl, Managing Partner [N=E=O+A-C+]

Amy has a diverse, fifteen-year background leading large-scale efforts in organizational and employee development, human resources, sales and technology. Her creativity and project management expertise led to the successful implementation of some of the most ambitious initiatives of her employers. As a consultant, she translates her big-business experience into simple, results-oriented solutions for even the smallest employer.

Her community contributions include her role as Vice Chairperson of the Niagara County Workforce Investment Board, where she also serves as the Training Committee Chairperson. Her accomplishments have been recognized by the YWCA and at a national level by the National Association of Women Business Owners. She recently received a Young Alumni Award from SUNY College at Buffalo.

Amy has her BA in Economics and Finance from SUNY College at Buffalo and her MBA from the University at Buffalo. She has lectured and led workshops on Leadership, Team Building and Strategic Thinking at the University of Buffalo and Canisius College.
